(1).regarding the sample fee, we don’t offer free sample in principle,i think you can understand us, if every customer require us to provide samples freely, it seems so difficult to us. Of course, it’s not absolute, if you have sincere heart to cooperate with us, we will return the sample fee back to you once you place order to us. We charge shipping cost only.

(2).as for the product structure, the sales will send the photo of products in details,if the description and pictures can’t be reach your demand, we can take photo again as your requirement.

Q:what about the samples fee ?

A:As our company rules, the new buyers must pay the sample fee and freight charge. But particularly, we will have its relevant arrangement. As for regular customers, we will offer the sample free, but they have to pay the freight cost.
